Privacy Policy
Effective October 11, 2026
OpusFoundry is made by Focus IT Consulting LLC, doing business as Focus IT Development ("we," "us"). This policy covers the OpusFoundry app and the opusfoundry.app website. In short: the app collects nothing, and your artwork and fonts stay with you.
The app
OpusFoundry has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no usage tracking. It makes no network connections. It does not upload your artwork, and it does not send anything about you or your computer to us.
Your artwork, your project files (.opusfoundry), and the fonts you export are read from and saved to places you choose on your own computer. We cannot see them. If you keep those files in a backup or cloud folder, that service has its own policy.
If you get OpusFoundry from the Microsoft Store, Microsoft's own privacy policy applies to the download. Microsoft may share anonymous, combined information with us, such as download counts and crash reports.
This website
The site has no cookies, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking, and it loads nothing from other companies. The fonts are hosted on this site. Your choice of light or dark mode is kept in your own browser and is never sent to us.
Like every website, our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting. We do not use them to identify or track visitors.
Beta tester applications
If you apply to beta test, the form sends us your name, email address, the apps and computers you picked, and anything you write about how you would use the app. It arrives as an email to beta@opusnex.us and is not stored on the website. We use it only to run the beta: to choose testers, send you builds, and ask for feedback. We do not sell or share it. To be removed, email beta@opusnex.us and we will delete your details.
If you email us at hello at opusnex dot us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply to you, and we do not sell or share it.
Children
We do not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update it on this page and change the effective date above.
